综合性健康教育对首发精神分裂症病人作用的对照研究

[目的]探讨综合性健康教育对首发精神分裂症病人的作用。[方法]抽取首次住院的精神分裂症病人137例，随机分为实验组68例及对照组69例。对照组常规行健康教育；实验组在此基础上增加疾病知识集体讲座，团体心理活动和定期召开出院病人家属见面会、出院电话随访等项目，进行综合性健康教育。[结果]实验组健康教育后知识掌握情况显著优于对照组（均P〈0．05），实验组病人出院6个月内复发率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]采取综合性健康教育可使病人降低病耻感，提高主动服用药物的依从性以及对疾病的知识掌握、疾病康复、预防复发、降低复发率等起到积极的作用。

Control study on effect of comprehensive health education for patients with first episode of schizophrenia

Objective： To probe into the effect of comprehensive health education for patients with first episode of schizophrenia Methods：A total of 137 cases of schizophrenia patients hospitalized for the first time were taken out and were randomly divided into the experimental group （68 cases） and control group （69 cases）. The control group cases received routine health education; based on the routine health education, comprehensive health education was increased for the experimental group cases including the disease knowledge group lectures, group psychological activities, holding discharged patients＇ family will meet regularly, discharged telephone follow - up. Results ： Knowledge mastering of experimental group patients was significantly better than that of the control group （all P〈0. 05）, the patient is discharged within six months, the recurrence rate of experimental group patients was significantly lower than that of the control group in 6 months after discharged（P〈 0.05） Conclusion. The comprehensive health education can make the patients reduce stigma, and play a positive role for improving compliance of patients actively taking medication, as well as disease knowledge mastering, disease rehabilitation, prevention of recurrent, and lower recurrence rate.
