老年病人肠内营养的护理

[目的]探讨老年病人肠内营养的护理，降低肠内营养并发症的发生率。[方法]对82例老年病人进行肠内营养的旱期护理干预，包括建立科学的肠内营养护理观念、肠内营养治疗的管理、并发症的观察与预防。[结果]通过对老年病人肠内营养的护理干预，82例老年病人肠内营养的并发症发生率降低。[结论]早期护理干预可以有效降低老年病人肠内营养发生胃潴留、腹胀、腹泻、反流误吸所致的相关性肺炎、营养素电解质代谢紊乱、鼻饲管道堵塞及计划外拔管等并发症的发生率。

Probe into nursing care of enteral nutrition for elderly patients

Objective： To probe into nursing care of enteral nutrition for elderly patients, in order to reduce the incidence of complications of enteral nutrition. Methods.. A total of 82 cases of elderly patients received early nursing intervention on enteral nutrition： establish a scientific nursing concept of enteral nutrition; management of enteral nutrition therapy; observation and prevention of complications. Results： The enteral nutrition nursing intervention for elderly patients can reduce the incidence of enteral nutrition complications in 82 cases of elderly patients was reduced. Conclusion： Early nursing intervention can effectively decrease the incidence of complications such as gastric retention, abdominal distention, diarrhea, reflux and aspiration pneumonia,Nutrient and electrolyte metabolic disorders, feeding pipe clogging and unplanned extubation. Through the early nursing intervention can effectively the elderly patients, enteral nutrition gastric retention.
