联合检测癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子1和人糖链抗原19—9早期诊断胰腺癌的临床研究

目的：探讨联合检测癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子1（CEACAM1）和人糖链抗原19-9（CA19-9）早期诊断胰腺癌的临床价值。方法：应用ELISA技术检测CA19-9、人癌胚抗原（CEA）和CEACAM1等肿瘤标志物在患者血清中的表达。检测患者分成3组：胰腺癌组48例,慢性胰腺炎组42例,正常对照组36例。结果：CEACAM1,CA19-9和CEA3种肿瘤标志物在胰腺癌、慢性胰腺炎组和健康对照组之间差异明显。其在胰腺癌组的阳性率明显高于慢性胰腺炎组和健康对照组。联合检测CEACAM1和CA19-9对胰腺癌诊断的敏感性、准确性均高于85%。结论：肿瘤标志物CEACAM1和CA19-9的联合检测可明显提高胰腺癌的诊断效率。

The Clinical Study of Combined Detection of CEACAM1 and CA19-9 in the Early Diagnosis of Pancreatic Carcinoma

Objective：To explore the clinical significance of combined detection of CEACAM1 and CA19 9 in the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods：The serum expression of CA19-9,CEA and CEACAM1 in 126 patients were measured through ELISA kit. The patients were divided into three groups,with 48 pancreatic carcinoma,42 chronic inflammatory pancreatic disease and 36 healthy volunteers. Results： There was significant difference in the expression of the three tumor markers among the three groups. The expression of tumor markers CA19-9 ,CEA and CEACAM1 in the carcinoma group was markedly stronger than in the benign groups,and the same as the positive rate of tumor markcrs. The specificity of CEACAM1 in chronic pancreatitis group was better than the others. The sensitivity and accuracy of combined detection of CA19-9 and CEACAM1 was also more than 85% . Conclusions： The combined detection of CA19-9 and CEACAMI can improve the diagnosis efficiency of pancreatic carcinoma.
