| 摘 要： | 目的了解青年学生在应考前、后发生急性上消化道出血的病因。方法对25例应考学生急性上消化道出血的临床资料进行分析。结果25例患者均为在考试期间由于紧张、焦虑、疲劳、睡眠不足甚至失眠和饮食失调,从而导致心身两方面产生过度应激反应,引起上消化道出血,经内科保守治疗,临床治愈。结论学生在考试期间因紧张,使心身处于严重的应激状态,此时生理代谢功能不足以维持胃黏膜微循环正常运行,引起胃黏膜屏障结构遭到破坏而导致出血。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the cause of a disease that upper gastrointestinal bleeding were caused in young students before examination and after examination,which provides scientific evidences for general practitioners in clinic and preventative work.Methods To analyze the clinical datas that acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding were occurrenced in 25 examinational students.Results Upper gastrointestinal bleeding were caused by intension,anxiety,tiredness,insufficient sleep and drinking and eating irregularly,which were cured medical expectant treatment.Conclusion Upper gastrointestinal bleeding were happened in examinational students. |
