| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨针对刺对慢性痛的镇痛作用。方法 以福氏完全佐剂（Freund's complete adjuvant,FCA)制作实验性类风湿性关节炎（Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)慢性痛模型，电针选取“太溪”和“足三里”，检测其痛阈，脑干NO，NOS的变化，结果和结论 电针明显提高实验性RA大鼠痛阈，降低疼痛级别，具有明显的后效应；电针明显降低脑组织内的NO含量，产生镇痛作用。

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the analgesic effect of acupuncture on chronic pain. Methods Taixi and Zusanli were electroacupunctured and changes in pain threshold and brain stem NO/NOS were observed in a model of chronic pain based on experimental rheumatoid arthritis (RA) induced with Freund's complete adjuvant. Results and conclusion Electroacupuncture significantly raised pain threshold and lowered pain grade, and had a marked after effect in experimental RA rats. Electroacupuncture significantly reduced the NO content of brain tissue and inhibited intracerebral transformation of NOS into NO to produce an analgestic effect. |
