| 脊髓纵裂畸形的CT诊断 | |

| 摘 要： | 本文报告了８例脊髓纵裂畸形的ＣＴ表现，８例中骨性间隔６例，纤维性间隔１例，无间隔者１例。合并畸形有椎管内脂肪瘤１例，皮样囊肿１例，皮下脂肪瘤１例，皮下脂肪堆积１例，椎体或附近发育异常６例。ＣＴ不仅能１００％显示纵裂中的骨性间隔，而且可显示存在的合并畸形，因此它是一种很有价值的检查方法。 |

| Abstract: | The CT findings of 3 patients with diastematomyelia were reporte.The spinal cord was di-vided into two parts by a septum in 7 cases(osseous septum 6,fibrous septum1).Another one had a dividedsoinal cord without septum.Other abnormalities included subdural lipoma 1,dermoid cyst 1,subcutaneouslipoma 1,lipomatosis 1,anomalies of vertebral bodies or appendixes 6.CT exmination not only could make thediagnosis of diastematomyelia with bony septum 100% sure,but also could show other abnormalities pre-sent. Data from our study suggest that CT is more valuable method for patients with diastematomyelia. |
