| 摘 要： | 40例在标准麻醉技术下施行常规手术的病人随机等分为两组,阿斯匹林组术前1h口服阿斯匹林0.6g,对照组术前不用药。结果显示:对照组的肌痛发生率60％,阿斯匹林组的肌痛发生率15％,阿斯匹林组的肌痛发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:术前口服阿斯匹林能有效地减少琥珀胆碱的术后肌痛。 |

| Abstract: | 40 surgical patients receiving standard anesthetic technique were allocated randomly to two equal groups. As-pirin group received soluble aspirin 0. 6g orally 1h before surgery, untreated group received no pretreatment. Theresults showed that the incidence of muscle pain in the untreated group was 60%, while in the pretreated group re-duced to 15%. The difference between two groups was very significant (P<0. 01). We suggest that preoperativeoral administration of aspirin might effectively reduce suxamethonium-induced postoprerative muscle pain. |
