氨溴索预防和治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征临床分析

目的：探讨氨溴索对早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征（NRDS）的预防和治疗作用。方法：将135例早产儿随机分组，观察组71例应用氨溴索7．5mg/kg，4次/d，3-5d为一疗程；对照组64例常规治疗。结果：观察组发生NRDS 7例（9．86％），对照组发生NRDS 17例（25．56％），两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。发生NRDS后观察组的呼吸困难程度、X线分级较轻，机械通气的使用率低。两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：氨溴索对早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征有一定的预防和治疗作用。

Ambroxol prevents premature infants from neonatal respiratory distresss syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the effect of ambroxol in preventing and treating neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods:We compared one group administered with ambroxol(group A,n = 71)with the other group without the medicine(group B,n = 64).The incidences of NRDS in both two groups were observed.Results:The incidence of NRDS in group A was 9.89%,but that in group B was 25.56%.There was a significant difference(P < 0.05).The degrees of dyspneic respiration and changes in X-ray in group A were slighter than in group B,and oxygen was used less often in group A.There was a significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusions:A certain effect can be produced while ambroxol is used to prevent and treat premature infant NRDS.
