| 摘 要： | 目的 观察肝癌患者肝切除后血浆MMP-2和TIMP-2浓度变化及生长抑素干预。方法 20例肝癌切除患者随机分成2组，常规治疗组和生长抑素治疗组，每组各10例，生长抑素治疗组给于生长抑素治疗。结果 肝切除后，血浆MMP-2浓度明显上升，血浆TIMP-2浓度明显下降，应用SST能降低MMP-2浓底，升高TIMP-2浓度。结论 肝切除后应用SST可能对抑制肿瘤复发有益 |
