| 摘 要： | 目的分析山茱萸脂溶性的化学成分和含量。方法用索氏提取法收集山茱萸的脂溶性成分,通过气相色谱-质谱（GC-MS）联用技术分离并分析鉴定组分。结果通过计算机检索,鉴定了其中的24个化合物,占检出物的93.63%,主要成分是豆甾醇（21.30%）,alpha-香树精（14.69%）,谷甾醇（11.87%）,6-乙基-2,5二羟基-1,4萘醌（8.61%）,维生素E（7.55%）。结论首次通过GC-MS法从山茱萸中发现了齐墩果13（18）-烯,8、24二烯-3乙酸酯-羊毛甾及乌苏-12烯-28-醛。

| Abstract: | Aim To analyze the chemical constituents of fat-soluble components in Cornus officinalis.Method The fat-soluble components in the flesh of Cornus officinalis were extracted with petroleum ether by Soxlet extraction.The fat-soluble components were determined by GC-MS.Results There were thirty fat-soluble components detected,and twenty-four components were identified in Cornus officinalis,amounting to 93.63% in the total amounts of extractable substances.The major fat-soluble components of Cornus officinalis ... |
