消渴保肾汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病72例

目的探讨消渴保肾汤对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗疗效及观察治疗后尿白蛋白排泄率、空腹血糖、餐后2h 血糖、尿素氮、肌酐、甘油三酯各项指标的变化.方法将入选的早期糖尿病肾病患者,随机分成研究组与对照组,研究组在基础治疗的同时加服消渴保肾汤,对照组采用基础治疗.治疗1个月观察治疗前后早期糖尿病肾病患者病情变化情况,并对尿白蛋白排泄率、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、尿素氮、肌酐、甘油三酯等指标进行比较.结果与结论消渴保肾汤:①通过本研究发现消渴保肾汤是治疗早期糖尿病肾病的有效方剂,中医中药联合西医治疗疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗,临床症状改善尤为明显.②通过对研究组与对照组尿白蛋白排泄率、空腹血糖、餐后2h 血糖、尿素氮、肌酐、甘油三酯治疗前后比较,中西医结合能有效降低尿白蛋白排泄率,较纯西医治疗有一定优势.
