中药局部加压熏蒸治疗肩手综合征40例临床观察

目的 观察中药局部加压熏蒸对脑卒中患者肩手综合征的治疗效果.方法 选择80例肩手综合征患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,其中对照组采用康复治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药局部加压熏蒸,观察两组患者的肩关节疼痛、肩关节活动以及Fugl-Meyer评分的变化.结果 两组治疗后肩关节疼痛、活动度以及Fugl-Meyer评分均较治疗前有明显改善(P＜0.05)；治疗后治疗组肩关节疼痛、活动度以及Fugl-Meyer评分与对照组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 中药局部加压熏蒸能有效减轻脑卒中肩手综合征的疼痛症状,改善肩关节活动功能,提高患者的生活质量.

Clinical Observation on Fumigation under Partial Pressure with Chinese Medicine for 40 Cases of Shoulder-Hand Syndrome

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of fumigation under partial pressure with Chinese medicine for shoulder-hand syndrome in stroke patients.Methods Eighty inpatients from the rehabilitation ward in our hospital were randomized into the treatment group and the control group with 40 in each.Both groups were given rehabilitation therapy,and fumigation under partial pressure with Chinese medicine was added in the treatment group.Upper extremity pain,shoulder range of motion and Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) were observed in both groups.Results Upper extremity pain was relieved and shoulder range of motion and FMA was improved significantly in both groups after the treatment(P<0.05),especially in the treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusion Fumigation under partial pressure with Chinese medicine is effective for shoulder-hand syndrome in stroke patients in relieving pain,improving shoulder mobility function and the quality of life.
