| 摘 要： | 目的观察艾滋病(AIDS)合并肺部感染患者的证候学特点,探讨药物治疗(中西医或西医)对证型的影响。方法观察164例AIDS合并肺部感染患者治疗前后证型的变化,总结AIDS并肺部感染证型变化特点。结果 AIDS合并肺部感染患者治疗后较治疗前痰热壅肺证减少15.3%,痰湿阻肺证减少8.6%,肺肾两亏证增加7.3%,气血亏虚增加2.4%,气阴两虚证增加0.6%,与AIDS合并肺部感染无关证型增加14.0%。结论 AIDS并肺部感染证型有虚有实、虚实夹杂,疾病前期为实多虚少,疾病后期为虚多实少。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe syndrome characteristic of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS) and discuss the effect of western medicine or combined with Chinese medicine on the syndrome.Methods The syndrome of 164 AIDS patients complicated by acute pulmonary infection was observed before and after the treatment.The syndrome characteristic of AIDS complicated by pulmonary infection was analyzed.Results After the treatment,the syndrome of phlegm-heat congesting the lung and phlegm-damp obstructing the lung decreased by 15.3% and 8.6% respectively.The syndrome of lung-kidney deficiency,qi-blood deficiency and qi-yin deficiency increased by 7.3%,2.4% and 0.6% respectively.The independent syndrome that is not related to AIDS complicated by pulmonary infection increased by 14.0%.Conclusion There are deficiency syndrome,repletion syndrome and deficiency-repletion complex syndrome in AIDS complicated by pulmonary infection.At the earlier stage,the repletion syndrome rather than the deficiency syndrome is predominant.But it is exactly the contrary at the later stage. |
