| 摘 要： | 目的采用血浆纤维蛋白原(Fbg)水平与功能法动态观察恶性淋巴瘤患者初诊、化疗后缓解(CR)、部分缓解(PR)、进展(PD)、死亡以及稳定(NC)期各组的Fbg水平与功能变化,探讨其血浆Fbg水平及与功能的变化与病情、化疗及预后等的相关性。方法用蕲蛇酶水解Fbg,通过计算机自动检测系统测定以下项目:①纤维蛋白单体聚合反应速率(FMPV);②Fbg含量(Fbg:c);③反应延滞时间(DT);④Fbg功能指数(FI)。结果初诊、部分全缓、进展以及死亡组患者血浆Fbg功能增强,反应数率增大,反应延滞时间缩短,提示整个Fbg功能增强(P(0.01);而进展期及死亡组患者与初诊病人比,其Fbg水平与功能更高更强。结论血浆Fbg水平及功能与恶性肿瘤的形成、发展、转移、恶化呈正相关,且病情越重,转移复发程度越高,血浆Fbg水平与功能也更高更强。
