Orem 自我护理理论对男性缺血性脑血管病患者他汀类药物服药依从性的影响及效果观察

目的：分析Orem自我护理理论对男性缺血性脑血管病患者他汀类药物用药依从性的影响，更好地指导临床用药，预防脑血管病发生或再次发生。方法选取2009年6月-2012年4月来我院进行治疗的102例男性缺血性脑血管病患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，观察组将Orem自护理论应用到用药指导中，并分别记录两组患者生理指标和服药的依从性。结果观察组患者治疗3个月后各项生理指标与对照组比较，明显优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。观察组患者服药完全依从率69．23％明显高于对照组50．00％，差异有统计学意义（Z＝4．562，P＜0．05）。观察组3个月后新发缺血性脑血管病3例（6．0％），明显低于对照组7例（13．5％），差异有统计学意义（χ2＝5．134，P＜0．05）。结论 Orem自护理论有助于患者参与到护理中来，可有效提高患者的服药依从性，减少缺血性脑血管事件发生。

Effects of Orem self-care theory on the medication compliance of male ischemic cerebrovascular patients with statins

Objective To analyze the effect of Orem self-care theory on the medication compliance of male ischemic cerebrovascular patients with statins , so as to better guide clinical meidacation use and prevention of cerebrovascular disease happened or happening again .Methods From June 2009 to April 2012 , totals of 102 cases of male ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Physiological index and medication compliance of two groups of patients were observed .Results After the study and 3 monthes later , physiological indexes of observation group were significantly better than that of control group（P 〈0.05）.The medication compliance of observation group was 69.23% that higher than 50.00%of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （Z=4.562,P〈0.05）.And the number of cerebrovascular disease happened in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （6.0%vs 13.5%;χ2 =5.134,P〈0.05）.Conclusions Self-care theory can promote patients to take part in nursing and improve their medication compliance , which can effectively reduce ischemic cerebrovascular events .
