品管圈活动降低口腔科器械损坏率的效果观察

目的：探讨品管圈（QCC）模式在降低口腔科器械损坏率中的应用效果。方法选择2013年1-6月口腔科诊疗器械2192件为对照组（QCC前），2013年7-12月口腔科诊疗器械2255件为研究组（QCC后），QCC活动包括成立品管圈活动小组、确立活动主题、进行现状调查、分析器械损坏原因、设定目标、制定对策并实施。结果对照组器械损坏率为3．88％，研究组器械损坏率为1．33％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝27．63，P＜0．05）。 QCC目标达成率为105．8％。结论 QCC活动的开展使口腔科器械的损坏率明显降低，节约了维修成本和购置资金。

Application of quality control circle activities in reducing damage rate of dental instruments

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle （ QCC ） activities in reducing the damage rate of dental instruments .Methods Totals of 2 192 dental instruments were used from January to June 2013 and they were regarded as the control group （before QCC）, and 2 255 dental instruments were used from July to December 2013 and they were regarded as the study group （ in QCC） .We established the QCC team and determined the activity subject .QCC team investigated and analyzed the reasons of dental instruments damage and set goals and formulated countermeasures .Results The instruments damage rate was 3.88%in the control group and 1.33%in the study group, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2 =27.63,P 〈0.05）.The rate of goal attainment was 105.8%.Conclusions QCC activities can reduce the dental instruments damage rate obviously and save the cost in maintenance cost and purchase funds .
