节段性第二趾复合组织瓣移植急诊修复拇、手指中段缺损

目的 介绍节段性第二趾复合组织瓣游离移植急诊修复拇、手指中段部分或完全缺损的疗效.方法 1996年6月-2008年6月,对2例手指中段完全缺损和10例拇、手指中段部分缺损急诊采用带近趾间关节的节段性第二趾复合组织瓣游离移植修复并桥接再植远节手指.结果 手术全部获得成功.术后经1～5年的随访,按中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定:优4例,良7例,可1例.结论 节段性第二趾复合组织瓣游离移植是急诊修复拇、手指中段部分或完全缺损的理想方法.

Repair of segmental defect at middle part of the thumb or fingers by transplantation of composite flap of segmental second toe

Objective To introduce the clinical outcomes of emergent repair of segmental defect at middle part of the thumb and fingers by segmental second toe composite flap transfer. Methods From June 1996 to June 2008, two cases with total defect at middle part of the fingeis and ten cases with subtotal defect at middle part of the thumb or fingers were reconstructed with composite flap of segmental second toe in emergency setting. The distal segment of the thumb or fingers were replanted on the segmental second toe. Results All the cases were successful and the following up period ranged from 1 to 5 years postoperatively. The results of four cases were excellent, seven cases were good and one case was fair as assessed using the provisional functional assessment criterion for upper limbs issued by Chinese Society of Hand Surgery. Conclusion Transplantation of composite flap of segmental second toe was an ideal method for emergent repair of segmental defect at middle part of the thumb and fingers.
