中西药治疗不同证型支气管哮喘发作期的疗效比较

目的]在治疗不同证型支气管哮喘发作期方面探讨中医药疗法与使用西药的差别。方法]支气管哮喘期发作期按冷哮、热哮、虚哮辨证论治,描述方法采用证候疗效率和FEV1%(Forced Expiratory Volume in one second)制图,并用疾病疗效结果和中医证候疗效结果制表,运用SAS9.1.3软件进行分析,统计方法采用2×r表资料的CMH(Cochran-Mantel-Haensel)检验和析因设计资料的方差分析。结果]①中西药治疗不同证型支气管哮喘发作期的疾病疗效统计结果:冷哮组有统计学差异(P<0.05);热哮组和虚哮组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。中医证候疗效统计结果:冷哮组和虚哮组有统计学差异(P<0.05);热哮组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。②疾病疗效情况不同证型综合比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),中医证候疗效情况不同证型综合比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论]①在治疗疾病疗效方面两种方法治疗效果差异无统计学差异(P>0.05);②在治疗支气管哮喘发作期中医证候方面中医药疗法治疗效果优于西药。

The Comparison of Efficacy of between Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Different Syndromes of Bronchial Asthma at Attack Stage

Objective] To discusse the differences between chinese and western medicine on treating the attack stage of bronchial asthma belonging to various syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Methods]described by charting according to syndromes of TCM curative effect and FEV1%(Forced Expiratory Volume in one second),tabulating according to disease and syndromes of TCM cuartive effect.Apply CMH(Cochran-Mantel-Haensel) test of 2×r chart document and variance analysis of factorial designs on statistical datas.Results] ①curiative effect of chinese and western medicine on treating various TCM syndromes of bronchial asthma: cold type of asthma group: P<0.05;heat type of asthma group: P>0.05;deficency type of asthma group: P>0.05,syndromes of TCM curative effect: cold type of asthma group: P<0.05;heat type of asthma group: P>0.05;deficency type of asthma group: P>0.05.②comprehensive comparative statistics of disease and syndromes of TCM cuartive effect: P>0.05,comprehensive comparative statistics of syndromes of TCM cuartive effect: P<0.05.Conclusion] ① there are no differences in disease curative effect between chinese and western medicine;② the curative effect of chinese medicine is better than western medicine in treating various syndromes of TCM on attack stage of bronchial asthma.
