胃癌患者幽门螺杆菌不同检测方法的临床意义

目的 对胃癌患者采用两种不同方法进行Hp的检测，探讨它们与胃癌之间的临床意义。方法 对28例胃癌患者分别采用^14C-尿素呼气试验(^14C—UBT)和Hp—IgG抗体的检测，同时对溃疡组、慢性胃炎组及对照组也分别采用上述方法进行Hp的检测。结果 胃癌组Hp的感染率为64．3％(18／28)，溃疡组为87．5％(14／16)，慢性胃炎组为20％(2／10)，对照组为36．4％(4／儿)。Hp感染率最高为溃疡组，其次为胃癌组。结论 胃癌与Hp的感染有密切关系，用HpIg—G方法阳性率明显高于用^14C—UBT检查方法；胃内是否有Hp感染过则采用HpIg—G方法检查，而近期是否有Hp感染则采用^14C—UBT方法检查。

Clinical significance of detecting Helicobacter pylori(HP)in gastric carcinoma with different methods

Objective:To detect HP in stomach cancer with two different methods and to evaluate the clinic significance.Methods: 14C-urea breath test( 14C-UBT) and anti-HP-IgG were used to detect HP in patients with stomach cancer, ulcers, chronic stomcchitis andcontrol group.Results:The infection rates of HP in stomach cancer, ulcers chronic stomachitis and control group were 64.3%(18/28), 87.5%(14/16) 20%(2/10) and 36.4%(4/11).Conclusion:Stomach cancer is significantly associated with infection HP. The positine rate using anti-HP-IgG is more higher than using 14C-UBT. Detecting whether stomach infection with HP or not is usinganti-HP-IgG, while detecting recently infection with HP or not is using 14C.UGT.
