米库氯铵的过去、现在与未来

摘    要:米库氯铵是作用最短效的苄异喹啉类非去极化神经肌肉松驰药,可被血浆胆碱酯酶水解,代谢迅速.该药在体内无蓄积,适于连续输注给药;作用短效,特别适用于日间手术麻醉;没有潜在的神经毒性,可以广泛用于神经外科实践.现就其理化性质、药代动力学及药效动力学等特性进行综述.

Abstract:Mivacurium chloride is the member of benzylisoquinolinium nondepolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents currently available for use in the operating room or intensive care unit. Its advantages include the shortest-acting, nondepolarizing muscle relaxant and rapid metabolism by plasma cholinesterase. Because mivacurium has noncumulative pharmacodynamic properties, it is very well suited for administration by infusion. It should be found its place among the other available nondepolarizing relaxants that are widely used in anesthesia for day surgery. Because the drug has no potentially neurotoxic effects, it can be safely used in neurosurgery. This article reviews its physicochemical properties and pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.
