磁疗椅对慢性盆腔疼痛综合征的治疗作用

目的：观察磁疗椅对慢性盆腔疼痛综合征（CPPS）的疗效。方法：2005年6月～2007年4月,我院收治ⅢB型CPPS患者40例,随机分为两组,一组单用α-受体阻滞剂坦索罗辛（O．2mg／d）（单用组）治疗;另一组并用坦索罗辛（0．2mg／d）和磁疗椅（并用组）治疗,磁疗椅每周2次,每次约30min,4周为1个疗程;治疗前后作前列腺炎症状评分（NIH—CPSI）。结果：所有患者均按要求完成治疗。与单用组比较,并用组NIH—CPSI、疼痛评分、排尿评分、严重程度和生活质量评分均有显著下降（P〈0．05）。结论：磁疗椅对CPPS有显著疗效,且操作简单,患者无明显不适,依从性好,值得在临床上推广运用。

The Efficacy of Magnetic Chair Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome

Objective： To study the efficacy of magnetic chair treatment of chronic pelvic pain syndrome （CPPS）. Methods：From June 2005 to April 2007, 40 cases of category Ⅲ B CPPS outpatients were randomized to 2 groups. One group was treated with α-blocker tamsuluosin, and the other group was treated with tamsuluosin and magnetic chair. Tamsuluosin was given 0.2 mg orally every day for 4 weeks. And magnetic chair was treated biweekly for 4 weeks, with a duration of 30 minutes every time. Prostatitis symptom score （NIH - CPSI） was taken before and after treatment. Results：All patients completed the treatment regimen. Both groups had a significant reduction of the scores of NIH-CPSI（P〈0. 01） post treatment, and the combined treatment group had a significant reduction of the scores compared with the single tamsuluosin treatment group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Magnetic chair treatment is an effective treatment for CPPS with a simple procedure and good compliance, therefore should he applied to the clinical treatment for CPPS.
