铜绿假单胞菌316株的耐药性分析

目的：了解本院铜绿假单胞菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性，为临床合理使用抗生素提供病原学依据。方法收集本院近4年临床细菌培养分离的316株铜绿假单胞菌，并对其进行药敏试验。结果检出316株铜绿假单胞菌，其中84.2%的菌株分离自呼吸道标本。铜绿假单胞菌对阿米卡星的耐药率最低，为17.9%，对其他抗菌药物的耐药率均﹥20%。结论铜绿假单胞菌对多种抗菌药物耐药率处于较高水平，临床应根据药物敏感试验结果合理使用抗菌药物。

Analysis of drug resistance of 316 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa

Objective To investigate the resistance of the pseudomonas aeruginosa to commonly used antimicrobial agents,in order to provide basis for clinical rational use of antibiotics in etiology. Methods In recent 4 years,the clinical bacteria cultured 316 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa in this hospital were collected,and received drug sensitivity test. Re-sults 316 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated,including 84. 2% strains isolated from respiratory tract speci-mens. The resistance rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa was the lowest to amikacin,which was 17. 9% . And it was all above 20%to other antimicrobial drug. Conclusion The resistance rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa is at a high level to many kinds of an-timicrobial agents. we should use antimicrobial agents rationally according to the results of drug sensitivity test.
