布地奈德联合硫酸特布他林雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的疗效研究

目的：探讨布地奈德联合硫酸特布他林雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法选取2011年10月-2013年10月在本院接受小儿哮喘治疗的患儿78例为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组39例。观察组患儿实施布地奈德联合硫酸特布他林加入0.9%氯化钠溶液雾化吸入治疗，对照组患儿应用氨茶碱和氢化可的松静脉滴注治疗，比较两组患儿的临床表现和治疗的效果。结果观察组患儿治疗的有效率为94.9%（37/39），对照组患儿治疗的有效率为82.1%（33/39）；观察组患儿治疗后咳喘、哮鸣音、湿啰音消失时间短于对照组；不良反应的发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论布地奈德联合硫酸特布他林雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘具有显著的效果。

Curative Effect of Budesonide and Terbutaline Aerosol Inhalation Treating Children with Asthma

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Budesonide and Terbutaline aerosol inhalation treating asthma children. Methods 78 cases of asthma children in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013,which were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group. Observation group was given Budesonide and Terbutaline join 0. 9% sodium chloride solution aerosol inhalation,control group was given aminophylline and hydrocortisone intravenous drip,clinical manifestations and curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results Effective rate of observation group was 94. 9%（37/39）,which was higher than 82. 1%（33/39） of control group;Extinction time of cough,wheeze, crackles of observation group were shorter than control group;Adverse reaction rate of observation group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P﹤0. 05）. Conclusion Budesonide and Terbutaline aerosol inhalation treating asthma in children has a significant effect.
