腹腔镜治疗宫外孕与开腹手术的临床研究

目的：比较腹腔镜治疗宫外孕及与开腹手术的临床疗效。方法选择2012年10月-2013年12月医院治疗的宫外孕患者116例，按照治疗方法分为对照组及观察组各58例。观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗，对照组采用常规开腹手术治疗，比较2组术中及术后情况、恢复情况、临床疗效。结果术中及术后情况：观察组手术时间、肛门排气时间、留置导尿管时间、下床活动时间及平均住院时间均短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。恢复情况：观察组患者恢复家务时间、恢复工作时间及恢复性生活时间均短于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。临床疗效：观察组宫内妊娠率高于对照组，自然流产率及异位妊娠率低于对照组（ P ﹤0.05）。结论宫外孕患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗效果明显优于开腹手术，对患者造成的创伤小，能快速恢复，适用于有保留生育功能愿望的患者。

Clinical efficacy comparative study of laparoscopic and open surgery for ectopic pregnancy

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic and open surgery for ectopic pregnancy. Meth-ods 116 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy were collected in our hospital from October 2012 to December 2013 and di-vided into control group and treatment group according to the treatment method,each of 58 cases. The observation group re-ceived laparoscopic surgery,while the control group received conventional open surgery. The intraoperative and postoperative conditions,recovery,clinical efficacy were compared. Results Intraoperative and postoperative conditions：the operative time, anal exhaust time,indwelling catheter time,ambulation and the average length of stay in observation group were shorter than the control group,and the blood loss of which was less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P ﹤0. 05）. Recovery：The recover housework time,recovery sexual life time and recovery work life time were shorter than the con-trol group,the differences were statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Clinical efficacy：The intrauterine pregnancy rate in obser-vation group was higher than the control group,the spontaneous abortion and ectopic pregnancy rate were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion The laparoscopic surgery is better than open sur-gery for ectopic pregnancy,with smaller trauma and quicker recover,which is suitable for patients desiring to preserve fertility.
