芍药甘草汤治疗中风后肢体痉挛症

目的:观察运用张仲景"芍药甘草汤"治疗中风后的肢体痉挛症,达到抑制和缓解肢体痉挛状态,从而利于肢体康复的治疗。方法:选择中风后肢体痉挛患者45例,均以"芍药甘草汤"为主方加减治疗2周后,评估肌紧张、肌痉挛的治疗效果。结果:显效18例,占40%;有效24例占53.3%;无效3例,占6.7%。总有效率93.3%。结论:经观察证明,应用"芍药甘草汤"治疗中风后肢体痉挛有很好的疗效,对于肢体运动功能的康复治疗有积极的作用。

Study on the Effect of SGD on Limb Spasticity Symptoms after Stroke

Objective:To observe the use of Zhongjing"SGD(Shaoyao Gancao Decoction)"treatment of patients with limb spasticity after stroke,to achieve the suppression and mitigation limb spasticity,which was conducive to physical rehabilitation therapy. Methods:For Choosed 45 patients with limb spasticity after stroke,"SGD"as the main recipe and side addition and subtraction,for 2 weeks after treatment,had assessed muscle tension,muscle spasm treatment.Results:Thc markedly effective in 18 cases,40%;effective 24 cases 53.3%;3 cases,accounting for 6.7%.The total effective rate was 93.3%.Conclusion:The observation that the application"SGD"limb spasticity after stroke had a good effect,so that the physical rehabilitation of motor function had a positive effect.
