| 摘 要： | 目的:为探讨护理干预在微创技术治疗高血压脑出血中的作用。方法:应用YL-1型一次性颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针对35例高血压脑出血病人进行定位穿刺、冲洗引流及监测等术后护理。结果:颅内血肿穿刺术后及时进行护理干预如冲洗引流及监测等术后护理,病人恢复情况较理想;结论:微创技术治疗高血压脑出血术后的护理干预是保证手术成功的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the nursing intervention hemorrhage in minimally invasive technique for the role.Method:A YL type 1 one-time intracranial haematoma crushing puncture in 35 patients al.Early patient positioning puncture,washing drainage and monitoring postoperative nursing.Results:After percutaneous intracranial hematomas in nursing intervention such as washing drainage and monitoring postoperative nursing,the patient recovered relatively ideal.Conclusion:Minimally invasive technique for al.Early postoperative nursing intervention is ensuring the surgery the key to success. |
