Liss固定治疗胫骨近端骨折后患者重心轨迹分析

目的:探讨胫骨近端骨折微创经皮钢板内固定术(LISS)固定后的重心轨迹变化。方法:对30例胫骨近端骨折经liss固定后患者,通过对患者在第2,3,6月时电脑平衡测试系统的测试,了解胫骨骨折liss内固定患者重心轨迹的变化,为分析和了解患者术后的身体重心变化提供依据。结果:患腿术后2个月后重心摆动距离仍然高于健腿。患腿术后6个月与2个月比较差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月及6个月患腿与健腿差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胫骨近端骨折liss内固定患者3个月后可获得较好的站立平衡。

The Analysis of Gravity Sways of the Patients with Proximal Tibial Fractures after Liss Fixation

Objective:To investigate the gravity sways of the patients with proximal fractures of tibia after Liss fixation.Methods:30 cases of unilateral proximal tibial fiactures after Liss fixation were assessed and the distances of gravity sway of single leg were measured by the computer balance system respectively during the 2^nd,3^rdand 6^thmonth.Resnlts:After 2 months,the distance of gravity sways of the suffered leg was still higher than the healthy leg.There was significant difference between the 6^thmonth and 2^ndmonth about the suffered leg（P<0.05）. After 3 months and 6 months,there was no significant difference between the suffered leg and the healthy leg（P>0.05）.Conclusion:The proximal tibial fractures with Liss fixation can maximally restore the standing balance after 3 months.
