膝关节疼痛的超声波诊断研究

目的:探讨超声检查在运动后膝关节疼痛诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院自2008年1月～2009年12月收治的131例膝关节疼痛患者的临床资料作为观察组,同时选取120例同期我院体检者做为对照组,比较两组患者膝关节滑膜厚度、积液深度及滑膜旁膝关节动脉网血流情况。结果:观察组与对照组从膝关节滑膜厚度、积液深度、血流RI方面比较均有明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:超声检查对膝关节疼痛患者可以直观、准确的显示出膝关节的损伤程度,对临床诊断与治疗具有重要意义。

Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Knee Pain

Objective:To evaluate ultrasound in the diagnosis of knee pain after exercise in the application.Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2008～December 2009 131 patients admitted to the clinical data of patients with knee pain as the observation group,also select the physical examination in our hospital over the same period 120 cases were used as the control group,two groups were compared Knee synovial thickness,synovial fluid depth and blood flow adjacent to the knee arterial network.Results:The observation group and control group from the knee synovial thickness,depth of fluid,blood flow were significantly different with relatively RI(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion: Ultrasound of knee pain patients can be intuitive,accurate display of the knee injury,the clinical diagnosis and treatment is important.
