| 胺碘酮治疗老年室性心律失常患者的临床疗效及安全性分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胺碘酮治疗老年室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法:本文将64例老年室性心律失常患者随机分为治疗组(n=32例)和对照组(n=32例),其中治疗组采用静脉注射胺碘酮治疗治疗组老年室性心律失常患者,并与采用单独采用利多卡因治疗的对照组进行疗效对比。结果:治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组的有效率(P<0.05)。另外,治疗组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胺碘酮对治疗老年室性心律失常的具有良好疗效,且临床效果明显好于利多卡因,而不良反应少于对照组,值得临床推广使用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:Discuss the clinical efficacy of Amiodarone to theelderly ventricular arrhythmias.Methods:64 patients with the elderly ventricular arrhythmias were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32 cases)and control group(n=32cases),which treatment group useamiodarone by intravenous to treat the elderly ventricular arrhythmias,And compared with a separate control group of patients treated with lidocaine.Results:Theeffective of the treatment group was significantly higher than the efficient(P<0.05).In the addition.Adverse reactions in treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone to treatthe elderly ventricular arrhythmias has a good effect,sisnificantly better than lidocaine;and Adverse reactions lower than the control group,worthy of clinical use. |
