综合康复对脊髓损伤患者的日常活动能力及功能独立性的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察综合康复治疗对对脊髓损伤患者的日常活动能力及功能独立性的疗效。方法:将76例患者照机分为两组及对照组和治疗组。对照组只采用传统的治疗方法,治疗组采用综合康复治疗方法。用Bathel指数和功能独立性评定方法(FIM)对两组患者在入院和出院时各评定一次。结果:出院时治疗组和对照组的Bathel指数和FIM分别是g1.16±10.56、99.86±11.23和68.42±11.55、89.95±10.64。两组患者功能均有提高,但治疗组功能改善程度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:综合康复治疗能显著提高脊髓损伤患者的日常活动能力及功能独立性。

Abstract:Objective:To bserve the general rehabilitation treatment for spinal cord injury to his daily activities and function of the curative effect.Methods:Seventy-six patients will be randomly divided into two groups,the controls and treatment groups.The only traditional treatment and treatment groups of the general rehabilitation treatmentin the index and the independent evaluation function bathel method FIM)on two groups in hospital and discharged the patient once.Results:When the patients of two groups were discharged,the index and the fim bathel of treatment group and control group are 81.16±10.56,99.86±11.23 and 68.42±11.55,89.95±10.64,respectively.The function of all patients are improving,but the treatment group were better than the control group in aspect of theextent and diversity statistically P<0.01.Conclusion:The general rehabilitation treatment for spinal cord injury could significantly enhance the daily activities and function of independence.
