| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨甘露醇治疗血管神经性头痛的临床治疗效果。[方法]选择我院2008年2月~2010年2月血管神经性头痛患者83例,以上患者均对本试验知情同意。将以上患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予安痛定、布洛芬、氨基比林等药物治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上给予20甘露醇250ml静脉滴注,滴注速度为10ml/min,两周为1个疗程。观察两组患者在治疗期间头痛等症状的改善情况。[结果]观察组总有效率为95.3,对照组总有效率为77.5,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]甘露醇能够限制改善血管神经性头痛患者临床症状,临床效果显著,值得借鉴。 |
