| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨为70岁以上老年患者施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)的手术方法。方法:回顾分析为236例70岁以上老年患者行LC的临床资料。结果:231例腹腔镜手术获得成功,5例中转开腹。所有患者均治愈,无死亡病例。结论:只要认真做好围手术期处理,70岁以上的老年患者行LC是安全可行的,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the therapeutic method of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) for patients over 70 years old.Methods:The clinical data of 236 cases LC for patients over 70 years old were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Two hundred and thirty-one cases of LC were successful,and 5 cases were converted to open surgery.All the patients were cured,no death occurred.Conclusions:As long as the perioperative management is carefully done,LC for patients over 70 years old is safe and feasible,with better econo... |
