| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腰麻-硬膜外联合阻滞在阴式子宫切除术中的临床效果。方法将120例择期行阴式子宫切除术的患者,随机分成A、B两组,每组60例。A组为硬膜外麻醉组,B组为腰麻-硬膜外联合阻滞组。比较两组麻醉诱导时间,手术时间,局麻药用量,麻醉效果。结果两组患者中B组与A组相比诱导时间短(P<0.05),局麻药用量少(P<0.05),麻醉效果优良者占多数(P<0.05)。结论腰麻-硬膜外联合阻滞更适合用于阴式子宫切除术。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effectes of combined spinal epidural in vaginal hysterectomy. Methods A total of 120 patients were divided into two groups randomly,60 cases in each group. Epidural anesthesia was used in group A, and combined spinal epidural anesthesia in group B. The anesthetic block effect,initial block time, duration of operation and the volume of local anesthesiology were compared in the two groups. Results The initial block time and duration of operation in group B were shorter than those in group A （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the volume of local anesthesiology was lower in group B （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the anesthesia block effect was better in group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia is more suitable for vaginal hysterectomy. |
