电视胸腔镜下两孔法与三孔法治疗良性胸部疾病的疗效比较

目的:比较电视胸腔镜下两孔法与三孔法治疗良性胸部疾病的疗效。方法:选取我科2013年1月至2015年4月行两孔法电视胸腔镜手术的良性胸部疾病患者94例,2010年9月至2012年12月行三孔法电视胸腔镜手术的良性胸部疾病患者87例,评估比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后胸腔引流量、引流时间、住院时间及术后VAS评分(术后1 d、5 d、7d)。结果:两组患者均成功完成胸腔镜手术,手术时间和术中出血量无明显差异(P>0.05)。与三孔组比较,两孔组的胸腔引流量少,引流时间和住院时间短,术后VAS评分(术后1 d、5 d、7 d)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两孔法VATS治疗良性胸部疾病安全可行,可减轻患者疼痛,利于术后恢复,值得临床优选。

Comparison of the efficacy of two-and three-hole method in the treatment of benign breast diseases

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of two hole method and three hole method in treating benign breast disease.Methods:From January 2013 to April 2015,two hole method of VATS of 94 cases of benign chest diseases,in September 2010 to December 2012,three hole method of VATS patients with benign chest disease in 87 cases and evaluation were compared between the two groups in the operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative chest drainage,drainage time,hospitalization time and postopera-tive VAS score (postoperative 1 ,5,7 days).Results:Two groups of patients were successfully completed the operation of the chest,and the operation time and blood loss were not significantly different (P >0.05 ).Compared with the three hole group,the two hole group was less drainage volume and drainage time and hospitalization time is short,postoperative VAS score (1 day,5 days,7 days)is low, the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:The two hole method of VATS in the treatment of benign chest disease is safe and feasible,can reduce the pain of patients,and help patients recover,be worthy of clinical optimization.
