循证护理在系统性红斑狼疮患者护理中的效果分析

目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者采用循证护理(evidence-based nursing,EBN)的临床效果。方法:选取我院2013年8月至2015年8月风湿血液科收治的100例SLE住院患者为研究对象,根据护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组。观察组行EBN,对照组行常规护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率(96%)显著高于对照组(90%)(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理服务满意度(90%)显著高于对照组(72%),而且观察组患者住院时间(14.47±4.98)d明显短于对照组(20.94±7.01)d(P<0.05)。结论:对SLE患者实施EBN模式的临床护理效果良好,有利于缩短患者住院时间,提高患者对临床护理服务的满意度,值得大范围推广。

Effectiveness analysis of evidence-based nursing in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of clinical evidence-based nursing (EBN)in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:We selected 100 patients with SLE hospitalized in our department of rheumatism and hematology from August 2013 to August 2015 and randomly divided them into observation group and control group according to different nursing modes. The observation group was given EBN,while the control group was given routine nursing care.Then we compared the two groups′clini-cal nursing efficacy.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group (96%)was significantly higher than that of the control group (90%)(P <0.05).Nursing service satisfaction (90%)of the observation group was significantly higher (72%),and hospitalization time of the observation group (14.47 ±4.98 d)was significantly shorter than the control group (20.94 ± 7.01 d)(P <0.05 ). Conclusion:The clinical nursing effect of EBN in patients with SLE is effective.EBN can help shorten the hospitalization time,increase patient satisfaction degree,and it is worthy of large-scale popularization.
