| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的临床价值。方法:使用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗52例输尿管上段结石,观察清石率,手术并发症等指标。结果::52例患者中有51例成功行输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术。51例成功软镜术病例的清石率为96.1%,没有严重并发症发生。结论:输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石安全有效,可作为体外冲击波碎石治疗无效输尿管上段结石的首选,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical effect of flexible ureteroscope with holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy for upper ure-teral calculi.Methods:It was observed to evaluate the operative complications and stone clearance rate of 52 patients with upper ureter-al calculi by flexible ureteroscope with holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy.Results:5 1 patients were treated successfully by flexible uretero-scope with holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy.The stone clearance rate was;96.1 %.There is no severe operative complications.Conclu-sion:Flexible ureteroscope with holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy was safe and effective.It was the preferred replacement of ESWL which was ineffective to upper ureteral calculi. |
