| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肺癌骨转移患者核素全身骨显像的临床诊断价值.方法 选取行核素全身骨显像分析的肺癌骨转移患者189例为研究对象,分析骨转移部位、发生率与肺癌病理类型的关系.结果 肺腺癌骨转移发生率较其他类型多；骨转移部位以胸部、中轴骨为主.结论 肺癌骨转移患者的核素全身骨显像分析可以准确判断骨转移的部位和发生率,具有较高的临床...

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the result of radionuclide bone scan with whole body in 189 lung cancer patients with bone metastases.Methods 189 cases of lung cancer patients with bone metastasis in this hospital from January 2009 to March 2011 were selected for the study.Bone metastases and the relationship of lung cancer incidence and pathological types were analyzed.Results Bone metastasis of adenocarcinoma was more than the other pathological types of lung cancer.Bone metastatic was mainly concentrated in the chest or axial skeleton.Conclusion Analysis of radionuclide whole body bone imaging in lung cancer patients with bone metastases can accurately determine the site of bone metastasis,which has great clinical value. |
