农村外出务工人员艾滋病相关知识调查和健康教育效果评价

目的了解农村外出务工人员艾滋病(AIDS)知识、态度、行为(KAB)的现状,探讨开展农村外出务工人员AIDS知识健康教育模式。方法对1200名农村外出务工人员在健康教育综合干预前后进行AIDS问卷调查。结果共得有效问卷968份,对AIDS相关知识总知晓率,干预前为48.24%,干预后上升到64.88%;对AIDS的恐惧感由干预前的68.39%下降到干预后的42.25%(P<0.01);最近一次性生活使用安全套的比例从干预前的26.56%上升到干预后的83.33%。结论安徽省寿县农村外出务工人员在健康教育综合干预前对AIDS相关知识知晓率处于较低水平,经健康教育综合干预后AIDS相关知识得到提高。

Investigation on the knowledge, attitude and practice about AIDS among the rural migrant workers and the evaluation on health education

Objective To understand the knowledge, attitude and behavior(KAB) about AIDS among the rural migrant workers so as to find out the mode of health education.Methods An AIDS-related questionnaire survey was performed in 12 000 migrant workers before and after the performance of health education.Results 968 questionnaires were available. Before and after the performance of health education, the awareness rate of AIDS was 48.24% and 64.88%, respectively. 68.39% of the migrant workers were fearful to AIDS before health education, while it reduced to 42.25% after health education (P<0.01). Condom promotion rate in their latest intercourse rose from 26.56% before health education to 83.33% after health education. Conclusion Awareness of AIDS knowledge among the migrant workers in Shouxian county was poor, and health education was helpful to enhance their awareness of AIDS prevention.
