妊娠高血压综合征并发肾功能衰竭

分析１３例重度妊娠高血压综合征并发肾功能衰竭患者。在孕期肾衰的７例中，４例患慢性肾炎，２例有心、肝疾患；在产后肾衰的６例中，均有产后流血，１例胎盘早期剥离，４例有孕期感染，１例产时曾用大剂量庆大霉素。提示肾衰发生的时间与患者有无潜在疾病密切相关。

PKEGNANCY-INDUCED HYPERTENSION COMPLICATED WITH RENAL FAILURE

hirteen cases of renal failure in pre-eclampsia -eclampsia from 1982 to 1990 were stud-ied.Six of teh 7 patients had onset of renal failure occurring in antepartum complicating med-ical conditions including 4 cases with chronic nephritis,1 case with cardiac disease and 1 withhepatic disorder,and only one showed no medical complication;All 6 cases of renal failureoccurred during postpartum were of pure preeclampsia-eclampsias. Factors effecting the oc-currence of renal failure were postpartum hemorrhage,abruptio placenta,infections and renaltoxic drugs. There were 3 maternal deaths immediately after delivery and 12 of 15 were peri-natal deaths ( 2 with muItiple pregnancies).Subsequent follow-up was carried out in 1991.One patient revealed residual renal damage secondary to large dose of gentamycin and 2 pa-tients died of chronic nephritis. The recovery of medical disorders was due to timely andproper treatment which was important in relation to the prognosis of the disease,Termina-tion of pregnancy and hemodialysis might improve the prognosis. Prevention and treatmentof the disease are discussed.
