急诊专科护士核心能力评价体系内在品质的验证研究

目的建立能客观评价急诊专科护士核心能力的评价体系。方法以通过Delphi法和层次分析法建立的急诊专科护士核心能力评价体系(下称评价体系)为依据编制自评式问卷,采用此问卷对138名急诊专科护士进行调查,根据调查结果对评价体系的内在品质进行检验。结果评价体系的Cronbach′sα系数为0.966,5个一级指标的Cronbach′sα系数为0.508~0.972;一级指标与评价体系的相关系数r值为0.701~0.886(均P<0.05);16个二级指标区分度检验,15个差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论评价体系有较好的信度、效度和区分度,可用于急诊专科护士核心能力的评价;护理管理者可将其作为培养和评价急诊专科护士核心能力的参考依据。

Evaluation system of core competence for emergency nurse specialist:testing of intrinsic properties

Objective To establish a system evaluating core competence for emergency nurse specialist(ENS).Methods The Delphi technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process were used to develop the evaluation system of core competence for ENS.Then the evaluation system was formulated into self-reported questionnaire and was filled out by 138 ENSs to test its intrinsic properties.Results The overall Cronbach′s α coefficient for the evaluation system was 0.966,with those of 5 domains ranging from 0.508 to 0.972;the correlation coefficient of the 5 level-1 indicators with the total evaluation system ranged from 0.701 to 0.886(P<0.05 for all);contrast-group validity of 15 out of 16 level-2 indicators showed statistical differences(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion The evaluation system can be used to test core competence of ENS for its good reliability,validity and contrast-group validity.And it provides reference for training and evaluating ENSs for nursing managers.
