| 摘 要： | 目的 研究抗氧化剂褪黑素(MT)对H2O2诱导人淋巴细胞凋亡的作用。方法 用免疫细胞化学的方法检测凋亡相关基因bcl-2、bax的蛋白表达。结果 H2O2处理细胞后bcl-2基因表达轻度增高，加入MT后明显增高，而bax基因表达明显增加，MT干预后明显下降。结论 H2O2可诱导人淋巴细胞凋亡，MT可使H2O2诱导的细胞bcl-2基因的蛋白表达明显增高，并明显降低bax基因的蛋白表达，从而抑制淋巴细胞凋亡。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of melatonin(MT) on human lymphocytes apoptosis induced by H 2O 2.Methods The protein expression of bcl-2 and bax genes were detected by immunocytochemistry.Results The protein expression of bcl-2 gene increased slightly after H 2O 2 treatment,but it increased significantly after MT treatment.The protein expression of bax gene increased significantly after H 2O 2 treatment,but it decreased significantly after MT treatment.Conclusion Oxidative stress can induce apoptosis in lymphocytes, and this induction can be partly prevented by melatonin. |
