| 摘 要： | 目的研究余甘子的抗衰老作用及机制。方法用不同浓度的余甘子提取物灌胃和用余甘子含量不同的饲料喂养D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠,用试剂盒分别测定小鼠血清、心肌和肝中SOD,GSH-px活性以及其中的MDA和LPF含量。结果余甘子能显著提高血清和组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)活性,显著降低丙二醛(MAD)和脂质素(LPF)含量。结论余甘子具有显著的抗衰老作用。这为余甘子食用和药用价值的开发提供了实验依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the antiaging effect and mechanism of Phyllanthus emblica L.Methods The aged mice induced by D-galactose were administrated intragastrically with different concentration extracts of Phyllanthus emblica L.and fed with the different dosage fodder containing Phyllanthus emblica L.SOD,GSH-px activities and MDA,LPF contents in serum,heart and liver of the mice were measured by respective reagent boxes.Results Phyllanthus emblica L.improved the activities of SOD, GSH-px,and reduced the contents of MDA,LPF significantly.Conclusion Phyllanthus emblica L.has significant antiaging effect. |
