| 摘 要： | 目的探讨蜂房丸的定性鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对蜂房丸中主要药材进行鉴别。结果蜂房丸中的青皮、柴胡、甘草、苦甘草等4味药材可采用薄层色谱法进行特异性鉴别。结论所建立的薄层色谱法可有效地控制蜂房丸的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study and establish the qualitative identification method for Fengfang Pills.Methods The main Chinese medicinal herbs in the formulation were identified by TLC and the negative and positive controls were used as the reference.Results The four medicinal herbs such as pericarpium citri reticulatae viride,radix bupleuri,radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae and sophorae alopecuroides in the pills were distinctively identified without interference.Conclusion The established TLC methods in this study can be used to control the product quality. |
