小儿呼吸道合胞病毒感染分析

目的　探讨本地区呼吸道合胞病毒流行病学现状与感染者临床表现特点,探索有效诊治措施。方法　应用ElisA法检测呼吸道感染患儿血清中早期特异性Rsv-IgM抗体,筛查阳性病例,进行临床观察与资料分析。结果　从4065 例呼吸道感染者血清中检出Rsv-IgM阳性者604例,阳性率为14.9%,Rsv感染常年均有发病,冬春季为流行高峰,3 岁以下小儿易感率高(81.6%),男性高于女性。临床表现以低热、下呼吸道病变多见,婴幼儿多呈阵咳、喘憋症状明显。结论　对呼吸道疑似病毒性感染患儿,作血清学早期待异性IgM抗体检测,可即早明确诊断,以利合理用药,避免治疗盲目性。

analysis of Children's Resiratory Syncytial Virus Infection

Objective To understand current epdemic situation and characters of clinical manifestation of resp0iratory syncytial infection in this area, to explore effective treatment.Methods using ELISA methods to test specific RSV-IgM antibody in the serum of infected chidren at the early period of infection,screening positive cases, then carrying out clinical observation and material analysis. Results of 4065 casea of infected serum 604 cases are tested RSV-IgM p0ositive, The positive rate is 14.9%,RSV infection occurred in every season. Peaked in winter and spring. Low fever, lower respiratory tract infection are common presentation, paroxysmal cough and asthmoid respiration occurred particularly in infantile patients. Conclusions special RSV-IgM antibody screening in early period of infection can diagnose RSV infection in children with respiratory infection, to avoid aimless treament, to facilitate reasonable drug use.
