吉林省1983~1986年脑卒中城乡抽样对比分析

本文报告了吉林省1983~1986年部分城乡人口脑卒中发病和死亡情况,总样本数为1 923 224人(城镇967 087人,农村947 137人)。结果表明城镇脑卒中发病率(142/10万)和死亡率(96/10万)显著高于农村(86/10万、75/10万)(P<0.05)。男性发病率(146/10万)和死亡率(110/10万)显著高于女性(80/10万、60/10万)(P<0.05)。本文还表明发病率和死亡率随年龄增加而增加。并且1983~1986年有逐年上升的趋势。还讨论了脑卒中的病因和防治问题。

A Comparative Sampling Analysis of Cerebral Stroke in Urban and Rural Area of JiLin Province During 1983~1986

The incidence and the number of deaths of caused by cerebral stroke among 1,923,224 people in Jilin province were surveyed from 1983 to 1986, 967087 in uraban and 947,137 in rural area respectively. The results showed that the incidence (142/100,000) and the mortality (96/100,000) of cerebral stroke in uraban area were significantly higher than those (83/100,000 and 75/100,000) in rural area (P<0.05). The incidence (146/ 100, 000) and mortality (110/100,000) of male were significantly higher than those (80/100,000 and 60/100,000) of female (P<0.05). It was also showed that the incidence and the mortality increased with ages and there was a rising trend from 1983 to 1986. The etiology, prevention and treatment were discussed in this paper.
