冠心丹参滴丸联合西药治疗不稳定性心绞痛随机对照研究

[目的]观察冠心丹参滴丸对不稳定性心绞痛的疗效。[方法]将43例患者随机分为两组,对照组口服硝酸甘油、阿司匹林治疗,治疗组在对照组用药的基础上口服冠心丹参滴丸治疗。观察两组的疗效及部分生化指标的变化情况。两组均以30d为1个疗程,治疗1疗程后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组心电图改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组胸痛、乏力的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),心功能的改善情况两组接近无显著性差异(P>0.05),血液流变学指标都有所改善,除红细胞压积无明显改善外,各项指标治疗后明显改善。[结论]冠心丹参滴丸治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效满意。

The Randomized Controlled Study of Treatment for Unstable Angina by GuanxinDanshen Dripping Pills Combined with Western Medicine

[Objective]To observe the efficacy of Guanxindanshen dripping pill on unstable angina.[Methods]The enrolled patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group was treated with oral nitroglycerin and aspirin,the treatment group was treated with Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pill at the same time.The efficacy and changes of some biochemical indicators were observed after 30d’s treatment and to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy Further.[Results] The treatment group was superior to control group in ECG(P<0.05),the treatment group with chest pain,lack of power to improve the situation significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the improvement of cardiac function of two groups close to no significant difference(P>0.05),blood rheology indexes are improved,except hematocrit without improved significantly,the indicators improved significantly after treatment.[Conclusion]The efficacy of Guanxindanshen Dripping Pill on unstable angina were satisfactory.
