退黄洗剂预防新生儿黄疸的临床应用价值

目的 观察退黄洗剂在新生儿药浴中预防、减轻新生儿黄疸的疗效,并探讨其可能的作用机制.方法 400例正常新生儿随机分为2组,观察组(200例):退黄洗剂200ml加入温水2000ml药浴时间20 min;对照组(200例)常规沐浴:比较2组产后第5天生理性黄疸程度及高胆红素血症发生率.结果 观察组新生儿第5天经皮测胆红素值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义.结论退黄洗剂对新生儿胆红素有一定降低作用,可降低新生儿高血胆红素血症发生率.方法 简单经济,家长依从性高.

The Clinical Study of Anti-jaundice Lotion to Treat Neonatal Jaundice

Objective To explore the preventive and therapeutic effect of Anti-jaundice Lotion on neo-natal jaundice, and the possible mechanism. Methods 400 normal newborns were randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group. The treatment group was taken a bath with Anti-jaundice Lotion for 20 minutes. The control group was taken a bath with a conventional method:Comparing the two groups about the degree of physiological jaundice in the fifth day after their birth and the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia. Results Trans-cutaneous bilirubin measurement on newborn in the fifth day of the treatment group was lower than the control group. Conclusion : Anti-jaundice Lotion has a certain preventive effect on neonatal jaundice and reduces the bili-rubin level. This method is simple, economic, and has a high compliance of parents.
