摘    要:目的探讨应用定量组织速度成像(QTVI)技术联合经胸超声心动图评价阿霉素早期心脏毒性模型建立的价值。方法B组10只兔每周静脉注射阿霉素2mg/kg,共4周,同时选10只兔注射同等剂量生理盐水作为对照组(A组)。每周对2组兔心脏进行常规超声及QTVI参数测定。结果(1)常规超声参数除E峰外2组间无明显差别(P〉0.05);(2)第4周后B组二尖瓣环运动的Vs、Ve、a等较A组明显减低(P〈0.05);(3)B组病理结果显示与人类阿霉素早期心脏毒性相似的改变。结论QTVI技术联合经胸超声心动图可有效地监测评估阿霉素早期心脏毒性模型的建立和效果。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate quantitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI)and transthoracic echocardiography in detecting early adriamycin-induced myocardial damage model in rabbits.Methods Ten rabbits of group B were given 2 mg/kg body wt.of adriamycin intravenously once a week for 4 weeks.Ten control rabbits received 2 ml/kg body wt.of normal saline once a week for 4 weeks.QTVI and conventional echographic parameters were obtained once a week in two groups at the same time.Results No significant difference of conventional echocardiographic parameters was found between two groups except E velocity.After 4 weeks,Vs,Ve and a were significantly lower in group B than in the control group and the characteristics of the early damage in the B group were found similar to the early adriamycin-induced myocardial damage in human beings.Conclusions QTVI and transthoracic echocardiography are valuable to assess adriamycin-induced early myocardial damage model in rabbits.
