摘    要:
目的 探讨ASODN对半乳糖性白内障晶体上皮细胞(LEC)中抗氧化系统活力的影响。方法 采用组织培养方法,以半乳糖诱发兔晶状体形成白内障,以不同浓度c-myc ASODN导入LEC后检测LEC中GSH-Px、SOD活性。结果 在半乳糖性白内障形成过程中,LEC中GSH-Px、SOD活性明显降低,导入不同浓度c-myc ASODN后,LEC中GSH-Px、SOD活性明显增加。结论在半乳糖性白内障形成过程中,导入c-myc ASODN后能改善LEC的抗氧化能力。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of antisense oligodeoxynucleotide c-myc (c-myc ASODN) on anti-oxidation system in LEC induced by galactose. Methods Tissue culture was used to study the cataractous lenses of rabbit induced by galactose. C-myc ASODN in different doses were introduced into LEC. The activities of GSH-Px and SOD were detected in the cataratous lenses and they were comparecd with that of the normal lenses. Results The activities of GSH-Px and SOD in LEC decreased significantly during the formation of cataract induced by galactose. The different doses of c-myc ASODN can increase the activities of GSH-Px and SOD in LEC. Conclusions C-myc ASODN can improve the capability of anti-oxidation in LEC during the formation of galactosous cataract. [
