摘    要:
[目的]探讨个体化健康教育对高血压病病人知识及遵医行为的影响。[方法]对病程大于半年以上的50例2型复诊的高血压病病人进行个体化健康教育,并对病人前后知识及遵医行为进行调查分析。[结果]病人健康教育前高血压病相关知识认知率较低,教育后得到明显提高(P<0.05);遵医行为中服药依从性得到明显提高,由教育前26%提高到72%(P<0.05)。教育前生活行为方面依从性较差,教育后均得到提高(P<0.05)。[结论]个体化健康教育有利于提高病人高血压病相关知识的认知、提高遵医行为,有利于并发症防治。

Influence of individualized health education on knowledge and following- doctor behavior of hypertensive disease patients

Abstract:
Objective:To probe into the influence of individualized health education on knowledge and following- doctor behavior of hypertensive disease patients. Methods:individualized health education was carried out for a total of 50 cases of type 2 hypertension patients accepting referral and with more than six months duration, and the knowledge and following- doctor behavior of the patients were investigated. Results: patients~ cognition to hypertension knowledge was lower before health education, and it was improved after education (P〈0.05), the medication compliance in following - doctor behaviors was improved from 26% befreo education to 72% after education (P〈0. 05). the compliance of life behavior was worse before education, and was improved after education (P〈0.05). Conclusion:individualized health education is profit for enhancing the cognition of hypertensive disease patients to correlated knowledge and their following - doctor behavior and prevention and cure of complications
